Colorado Mountain Housing Coalition

CMHC is dedicated to bringing together housing professionals to create an information and networking hub used to foster creative solutions. These ideas are used by housing professionals to help inform, plan, and create their own creative solutions to support local housing in our individual communities.

CMHC is an organization created around supporting one another. We are made up of many different housing professionals from around the state of Colorado mostly located in rural mountain areas. We lean on one another to lean about how to better advocate and work towards more housing solutions that impact the local workforce.

Each year the CMHC board works to present an annual housing summit. We use this time to promote ideas and new projects that have seen success in our local communities as well as hear from state and federal housing professionals about what changes might be coming to be prepared for.
